The terms that govern your use of Southwest Home Leads' services. Effective July 21, 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the social media management, content creation, and marketing services (the "Services") provided by Southwest Home Leads ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
By signing up for a plan, submitting payment, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Southwest Home Leads provides social media management and marketing services for home-service contractors, which may include content creation, posting and scheduling, Google Business Profile management, lead capture setup, and paid advertising support, depending on the plan selected. The specific deliverables included in each plan are described on our Pricing page and in your onboarding materials.
We offer several service tiers, including Starter, Visibility, Growth, and Lead Generation plans, each with its own monthly rate and feature set as listed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Growth and Lead Generation plans require a one-time setup fee and a minimum three-month service commitment, as disclosed at checkout. Prices and plan features may change; any changes will not affect an active billing cycle already in progress and we will provide reasonable notice before changes take effect on renewal.
To deliver our Services effectively, we rely on timely access to information, assets, approvals, and account access from you. This may include branding materials, photos, login credentials for relevant platforms (such as Google Business Profile or social accounts), and timely feedback on draft content. Delays in providing these items may delay delivery of Services.
Content created by Southwest Home Leads specifically for your account becomes your property once paid for in full. You grant us a license to use your business name, logo, photos, and related materials solely for the purpose of providing the Services. We may request permission to reference completed work (with your approval) for our own marketing purposes.
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (or as otherwise stated at checkout) via our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services until payment is received.
You may cancel your plan at any time by emailing [email protected], subject to the terms of our Cancellation Policy, including any applicable minimum-term commitments for Growth and Lead Generation plans.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase only. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a refund of that initial payment. Refunds are not available for renewal payments, setup fees once work has begun, or purchases beyond the initial 7-day window.
While we work diligently to grow your online presence and generate leads, we cannot guarantee specific results, including follower counts, engagement, lead volume, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control such as market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and your business's own responsiveness to leads.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southwest Home Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for any account that violates these Terms, engages in abusive conduct toward our team, or fails to pay fees when due, after reasonable notice where practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted on this page with an updated effective date.
