How to cancel your plan, what happens next, and our refund terms. Effective July 21, 2026.
We keep cancellation simple and straightforward. This policy explains how to cancel, what to expect, and how refunds and minimum-term plans work.
To cancel your plan, email us at [email protected] with your business name and a cancellation request. We do not require phone calls, exit interviews, or retention scripts — a simple email is all it takes.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. There is no additional notice period required beyond submitting your request before your next billing date, except where a minimum-term commitment applies (see below).
Once cancellation takes effect, we will stop all active work, including content creation, posting, and ad management, and your access to plan deliverables will end. Any scheduled posts not yet published will be removed unless otherwise requested.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase only. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund of that initial payment. Renewal payments, and any purchase beyond the initial 7-day window, are non-refundable.
Growth and Lead Generation plans include a one-time setup fee. Once onboarding work has begun, setup fees are non-refundable, as they cover work already performed (account setup, strategy, initial content build-out).
Growth and Lead Generation plans require a three-month minimum commitment, as disclosed at checkout. If you cancel before completing the minimum term, you remain responsible for the remaining months in that commitment. Once the minimum term is satisfied, you may cancel at any time as described above.
If you cancel and later want to come back, just reach out at [email protected]. Reactivating an account may require a new setup process depending on how much time has passed since cancellation.
